It's perfectly legal to led people from another country vote in their election in an ebmassy or coulate. If a British person was on vacation in Thailnad during elections in the UK, if they found a UK embassy they could vote there.

they all turned up to vote against of whats goin on now in poland. well not now, becoz who was supposed to win, have won, but against who was in charge only couple of days ago. we hadnt have such a turnout for elections since 1989, and in london came up to almost 80%. when we had to mobilize, we all did so. and thats what im proud of. even if u had to stand in the queu for 3hrs
