This regimen has been working for me so far. The Crown&Glory Technique combing and brushing has done WONDERS for my shedding problem! Who knew that combing your hair regularly could help with that?? lol Also my scalp has never been healthier!! No flakes!! My hair is so soft and combing it in its dry state is SO easy! Before I cut my hair and started taking better care of it paying close attention to what i do with it, my hair was SO HARD to part! It literally caused me pain to part my hair so that i could co-wash! It hurt sooo much because it was soo tangled and dry. But now that I've been moisturizing it on a daily basis, and detangling it as well, even when i've JUST washed my hair and i let it dry and its all curls its STILL SUPER easy to comb RIGHT thru it! So for the next few months (until Dec. 15th) I'm going to be employing this regimen and i'll see if my hair grows quickly or what, and I'll keep all of you updated. =D

  • how is tht carrot oil cream workingout for you?

  • yes it's the same thing I used it to goin labor!

  • Yep, it's the same thing, lol ;-)

  • Is the castor oil thick? My mom used to give me castor oil as a laxative when I was younger. It was so disgusting...not sure if it's the same thing

  • your hair is really lovely! Have you tried Aveda curls? i have been using the poo and conditioner as well as the styling creams for 2 weeks now, loving it!!! curls are well defined and hair is moisturised. i still put shea butter in my hair at night before bed (and satin bonnet). What i like about Aveda products is that they are all 100% natural, no chemicals and eco-friendly. a bit pricey, but i think worth it. Hope this regimen works for your hair, it looks lovely.

  • she's not lying she's mixed

  • lol umm.. im mixed with a lot of stuff yes however i believe these techniques may be used on any type of natural hair. just try not to rip your hair out by raking at it, but carefully finger comb them comb thru and brush. but make sure before you do ANY of that, you apply some sort of moisturizer or detangler, i do. i apply carrot oil creme before i start the technique. if you need advice for something more u kno i gotchu gurl! lol

  • sounds like you have a good regimen. i read the description box and all of your info is very helpful. You are so nice and i love your personality. i have came across some rude people on here and are by far the nicest. keep doing what you are doing. hhg.
