United has the same challenges every other fucking airline faces.. This is the reason why they charge for bags, food & drinks now. United can only take it up the ass in losing money for so long before they have to make changes. Meaning charging you more money.

Your pathetic! Sorry for you, I shop on the airlines websites for tickets. I always bring my own food or sacks and only travel with carry on, ( small class 2). So dont go there. you must be a twenty something and maybe jobless .

United doesn't need you. Take your business elsewhere and get over it. For those of us who are loyal to United, we will continue to enjoy Mileage Plus, Economy Plus, United First/Business, the Red Carpet Club, access to Star Alliance, and all the other great things United offers.

You and the rest of the bottom-feeders can go buy your deeply discounted low fare carrier tickets and get what they call "customer service."

Like I said, fly somewhere else. No one cares. United is the best.

heres the deal..i haven't flown commercial in over 20 years...the good old days,,showed up 10 min. before departure-no problem- airline overbooked so stewardess offered round trip ticket to anyone who would debark and take the next flight [first class] one hour later..jumped on that ...went to hawaii free..yep the good old days

If you want to participate in such programmes, you will have to fly a lot. When I mean a lot, I meant a lot. That's because United hates one time flyers. Good for you, bad for me. What was wrong with these times, there everyone was treated equally?

I could write a 1000 page novel on the industry and's it's customers. Every day I see the most ridiculous people, where do I go? What do I do? Where is United when all they had to do is OPEN THEIR EYES AND LOOK AND IT WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. And then when you give an answer, look at you like your speaking a foreign language. What did you not understand about go up the elelators and follow the signs did you NOT understand..
