@miller4th502nd I know the Latin Rascals mixed it. I've got their mix on a 12", but the thing is Liebrand once broadcast a minimix that was actually 90% stolen, from the Rascals of course. At the time I was really impressed that he could do that. Of course, when I got hold of the 12" it confirmed what I've always believed: Liebrand can't funky edit. He only knows how to add silly sound effects. That's all, you see.

@Baxrc aah, okay doesn't knew what you meant. You're right Ben used this version for his own project. But it's the nature of most DJ's or mixmaster to edit existing versions. However this is the real LatinRascalsEdit. ;)

@djmusicjac This single, while it wasn't a mainstream hit in America, was a hit on R&B radio and very popular in dance clubs. It actually was one of several dance singles that soon created an entire subgenre of dance music in America known as Latin Freestyle that became enormously popular in New York City and Miami for the next 15 years. This remix came out in New York City & the song done in what became the Latin Freestyle sound in the late 1980's. & made this song remain a fixture in NY clubs.
