When thinking of suicide it's important to accept the thoughts and emotions, then look at how you may be catastrafizing the situation, look for support from friends and family, and look at the possibilities the future holds.

  • Yeeeeeah.

  • This is very good material, very reasonable and.. followable. :)

Though it seems to me you're avoiding the notion of the thoughts coming themselves without specific event-type root. How comes?

  • a person really close to me killed themself a week ago. ive never fault so horrible in my life. im always rethinking everything i said to him, and wondering if i made things worse for him. i really loved him like a little brother. if anyone reads this thats thinking about killing themself please dont do it. it hurts so many people when someone makes this choice, and im sure people do love you.

  • great talk!
