Best matt red ever= Russian Red from MAC. and I am the whitest person ever. I don't have pink or red in my skin at all, and i have only found 1 foundation that matches my skin perfectly and its the cheap "fit me" brand. I am 110. the lightest shade. I have alabaster/ivory skin.

@jasminetking1 put a light coverage foundation on your upper lip, then put any lip colour of your choice on top. that way your lips look an even colour, i have the same problem and this works for me :)
