Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson ... Have to Drive

I'm assuming that the reason I got an email about this video violating copyright is because of the money-hungry rampage that Warner Bros. is going on. (And Amanda Palmer is on a label connected to it etc etc.) So, all of the videos have been taken off of youtube, and apparently any usage of the song, so Warner Bros. can get more money.

Honestly, I would not have a problem with this if I knew that the money would be going to the actual artists' pockets, but I know this is not the case. It will just go to Warner Bros. execs who will never have contact with the artists they are affiliated with.

Like I said when I posted this, this wasn't a fan video for Lindsay Lohan, I used the song purposely with the video footage because I thought it worked well and relayed the sense of emotion that I was seeing in the situation. It was a silly attempt at art, and now I have to change my audio (with youtube's Audioswap thing).

Because I want to keep this up, I've swapped it with a random song that makes no sense. Screw Warner Bros.

This isn't one of those fan videos for them, per se...

Really, I came across this video of them showing up to the Charlotte Ronson fashion thing and thought it was such a bizarre, crazy scene.

And I thought Amanda Palmer's "Have to Drive" fit perfectly with the scene... in my mind anyway. (And maybe my mind only, haha.)

The music made it seem so much more dramatic, and then funny, and then sort of... sad.

That's all really. Oh what a life to have...

(And the editing at the end sucks because... I didn't really edit anything, haha.)

It's sort of interesting how this video got so many views, so quickly, and showed up in both the Lindsay Lohan community and Amanda Palmer community when I didn't even attempt to hype it at all, haha.

My poor Barack Obama video finally got to 700 views after months, and I posted that everywhere I could, haha.
