Medical MJ is how I was able to play music, after the BUST in 2006 I had to stop taking lesions as I WAS A CRIMINAL!! I was a Court ruled "STREET DRUGGIE"!
I hide as a VETERAN STREET DRUGGIE ??
Medical MJ is "NOW" not only Legalized?? It is "NOW" a Pensioned Medical Benefit for Veterans and covered if you apply!

If you know this guy, then you know he may be the reason there are not more Government of Canada Licensed MJ users in show business.
How ever .... Since I am the only ...KNOWN singer songwriter that is!
It should be known that, I have received letters from both The Governor General and The Minister Of De fence. Thanking me for a song I wrote.
It is strange to me that VAC has looked upon my use of Medical MJ, as more of a criminal act, rather than as a medication, that not only re leaves my pain, but has aloud me to learn how to play and write music. With this new found gift, I have not only lifted myself out of self- pity and worthlessness. May be?? Just May be, with some luck, write something worth selling, and get off disability!
My bill from HC was only $500.00/ month. I just could and can't take that much from my pension that was meant to feed my kids.

That's why I made this take. It is my very first try with a recorder running. I have since made re-writes and will do my best as always, but..... I don't think even I can duplicate the feeling that I'm putting into this, on NEW YEARS EVE, with everyone sick but the disabled guy.

"My Garden"
You know that new law or judgment, or what ever that let me grow more plants, so I may the one that works best.
With that knowledge and the fact I am trained and worked several years with PLANTS, and with that info not put it to work, to get the most productive crop. My garden size has never been questioned, and anyone that ever read the back of a seed pouch know to over seed and thin out unwanted plants and weeds, once the productive plants are identified. Now as you know with my garden being for VAC pensioned condition and meets all the HC guidelines to get a licence for that garden with your address printed on the licence that VAC was made very well aware of since I was going to claim the Gardens maintenance on my VAC / Blue Cross VIP Service under grounds Maintenance code 345505 and hire you for the weeding?
I just did not have a chance to come do it, with my pain the way it was with the dislodged leads in my spine, and did not have the cash to pay you for the weeding, since I was forced to buy my medication for my VAC Pensioned Disability from the street, after being cut of by HC for not being able to pay my HC bill cause I was being harassed by REV Canada, for back taxes that I owed for cashing in my RRSPs to pay off the DRUG STORE after VAC denied me the coverage for the DRUGS that I was prescribe before my release for the VAC Pension condition that were covered by DND from the Doctors at St Paul's Hospital Pain Clinic in Vancouver, but they are the same Doctors that requested a spinal cord replacement be done ASAP as the leads that were implanted at the Mayo Clinic while I was under DND care had come lose and did no longer work, but felt like a dart wiggling around in my spine for almost two years after being denied twice by VAC, then covered, and never paid for, as more that 6 months later VAC / Blue cross sends ME a $20,000.00 Cheque, and could not tell me why, until two weeks later I am able to track down that it was a delinquent payment for the implant that was approved for funding 125 days after it was requested as written in a letter from the Minister of VAC, in that letter he also regrets he must tell me that Medical MJ is not a DRUG as it has no DIN, so can't be something that works for my VAC Pensioned condition that meets the HC qualification for the RIGHT to GROW A PLANT in a garden on your land!

I just started my 3rd year post Heart Attack, and other day my Doctor and I dropped one pill I needed take every day!!

Just think at one time needed take 20 or more pills every day total for BP and Pain!

BUT NOW!!!

I take a GRAND TOTAL of "3" and one of them is a low dose aspirin!!

Just how is that for an Awesome start to 2011??

Here is My Status, I thought it summed up my feelings pretty good, so I posted it here with My First MM Song!

As I sit Recharging My Stim implant today, I remember the years I spent having it and it not working, and all the PAIN and suffering we went threw as a family??

It was all I could do to break that train of thought!!

I needed shake my head, and TRY to remember the YEARS BEFORE I even needed it!!!

I am so VERY lucky, to have been given the "MONEY" to pay for the help I have been given!!!!

Yet that takes me back, to why the RCMP Took my Plants Sep 2006, 4 years ago, since they were for my Pain Control, while My Stim was Broken and NOT working to help control my Pain that were ALL BUT FREE until the Court Costs and Pain & Suffering are added in??

Funny how that works, Eh?

Tax Money, that could plant a seed for medication and save a tree with the pulp, and Happy Farmers? Right now Independant farmers are forced to bankruptcy and thier grain is traded for with blood as they Convoy it in Food shipments where Our Troops protect it? Blood for Food and Pain For Pot, it's the SAME People that Control the SEEDS and who can plant and who may sell to who, right?
