While you're examining the 3600 cases she presided over, please make it a point to see how Caucasians faired in her rulings when they and so-called people of color, especially Hispanics, were squaring off in her courtroom. Because for some reason, I suspect that the numbers will show that this lady shafted "whites" as often as she could.

Sotomayor will answer these questions thoroughly; her experience and record in full view, she'll move through the senate with a strong number of votes from Republicans as well as Dems. I've pored over the records and articles available online -- she's not nearly liberal enough for me, but she's a good judge.
