Constantly talking about our problems, complaining about our lives, and blaming the world for our misfortune NEEDS TO STOP! If your life experiences are negative then you need to start changing your life from the inside. If you want to have a happy fulfilling life then you need to make the decision to become a happy and fulfilled person. Happiness can only come from within, so it is up to you to start appreciating your life the way it is, so that you can create experiences that you appreciate!

  • @orientasmaniandevil It's a choice every moment to enjoy life or not.It takes work to be happy in your life.Happiness comes from the inside, from the spirit. From a firm belief that life is ALWAYS taking care of you. It will take effort on your part.Sure, life gives you a slap on butt from time to time to redirect you, but know that it always guides you to where you need to be. Projecting genuine love and happiness outwards, always brings more to you x10 fold. Give to get.

  • @orientasmaniandevil We all do the best we can with the life we have. It is important to search within ourselves to find out who we really are and what our purpose really is. You feel you have lost control of your life and mind, but really YOU have ALL the control. You have the ability to find solutions to your problems, ask for help when you need it, and the choice to enjoy your life or not. Check for chemical imbalances, and remove toxic people/habits/media & thoughts.

  • @NeeoHax Negative people's unintentional goal IS to drain and steal the enthusiasm of others.They are expecting someone or something outside to MAKE them happy. When they realize that won't work, it makes them MORE negative. Before you enter a 'hot zone' of negativity, try using the Zip-Up technique. Consciously 'zip up' your energy so external energy can't penetrate it. Having a mental shield will be surprisingly effective. This way, you won't invite negative energy in. It's a start!

  • Thx For The response Coach B! When you are surrounded by pure evil and ignorance it's a mentally Draining process. I've been battling with people for a long time, because of my ethnic background many people have been shocked or surprised that I love to read learn and take in knowledge almost about any subject. Many people believe that I should be a certain way or carry my self a certain way because of my coloration, Some people feel threatened by my vast wealth of knowledge.

  • @NeeoHax Having a positive attitude takes mental discipline and thought monitoring. It's important to recognize negative thinking, stop it, and replace it with a positive thoughts. What I have also found is that it's important to trust that your life is going EXACTLY the way it should be at every given moment. Sure, life appears hard sometimes, but you have to trust that there is a great outcome your path is leading you to. Having faith that all will be well is hard, but very necessary.

  • B! What Makes you stay so positive?... Whats your source? You can't cook your food on a Cook out grill with one charcoal, you need a whole bag of charcoal to generate that heat energy to cook! Peace.... Keep Up the great Vids!
