Quads and Glutes
How To:
Stand with your feet hip width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Position the dumbbells on top of your shoulders. Bend your knees to lower your hips down and back as if you were going to sit in a chair. As you reach the lowest point of your squat, push through your heels to power your rise back to starting position and repeat.
