There is no such thing as "cheating" with a capo. A capo is a tool, just like a pick. Use it to change the baseline tuning of a guitar without having to physically adjust the strings. A mandatory piece of equipment for any decent guitarist.

If you're going to say that using a Capo is cheating/wrong, then you may as well say distortion, reverb, or any other 'tool' is cheating too... moron.
