One of my most favorite Jeannie moments, the infamous "nightclub" scene from season 4, episode 24 entitled "Jeannie-Go-Round."

I've done the same transcription as you (don't ASK me how many times I listened to this song), but I believe the lyric is "Power FLOWERS all around you, Energizing life in every way. Its the power of life, its the power of love, power flowers today!". With the verb "flowers" indicating something "blossoming/bursting forth/creative growth".
