http://gnapoleone.ning.com . Using Jim Lahey's no-knead dough recipe and hot outdoor grill, my friend "Kitling" went for the gusto and in effect created a real wood-fired pizza oven in the back yard. Try this over real wood charcoal for the genuine effect. Unblievable. It cooks fast, stays thin, and is crispy!

  • This is dangerous, never spray an open flame with cooking spray like they do in the video, you could end up with the can exploding in your hand!!

  • The guy talks toooo much, and is far too amazed by pizza on a grill. It's been done before and it's no big deal.

  • @cookinginsideout Unless you stick the can directly into the charcoal and wait around for a couple minutes, the can won't explode.

  • it's been done before, see flatbread community oven

  • I think you get better results using a pizza stone on your grill. However, to each their own. Thanks for sharing.

  • Inspired? Uhm, just type in grilled pizza and you will see a video by Steven Reichlen from his TV show Barbeque University that is the same pizza minus the onions. I'm sure what she made is delicious but it's in no way original.

  • Amateur video at its finest. And--a good recipe, too!

  • shut up and cook

  • looks good!!!

  • Basil, caramelized onion, and mozza + swiss on pizza = YUM!

  • I am so going to try this.. except the spraying directly on the grill part...

    and

who cares if the guy making the video was excited...it was his first time and he was impressed..

Their is a first time for everything...!! It was my first time seeing someone put pizza dough directly on a grill... i've seen bbq pizza but with pan underneath.

    Nice video.

  • Why is he so amazed?
