My statement remains accurate. To be clear. People who needlessly shoot others have some major deeply imbedded psychological issues. Often bipolar chemically induced changes in the brain are induced by poor regulation in the body. One moment they are fine and agreeing with Sam, the next week they want to blow some people away. The answer is to improve security at all venues, gun safes at home to prevent Abby-Normal minds or kids from access. Stop attacking peoples right to bear a 30 round clip!
