Jailbreak Unlock Iphone 4/3GS/ 3G - 4.2.1/4.2/ 4.1 (BB 5.14.02 & 5.15.04) PC & Mac

This is a video tutorial on how to unlock your iphone 3g or 3gs on firmware 4.2.1 or 4.1 using redsn0w and ultrasn0w. The tutorial is easy but make sure to follow the steps carefully. Beware updating the baseband will void your warranty from apple so only unlock if its a must. this video is split in to two parts so make sure to click the annotation for the second part.

@BRYANKEVEN2 you should check to see if you have the 01.59.00 baseband, if you do you can unlock it if you don't then you can't.

Redsnow comes up with error just After DFU mode. I have Install Cydia Ticked, and Upgrade Baseband IPAD, Running it on Win 7 Pro, in Compatibility mode Win XP (SP3) and as administrator.????

The Thing is Its already Jailbroken and has Cydia installed does this make any difference

@SN1P3M3 if it's already jailbroken then you should just install ultrasnow to unlock or if you need to switch to the ipad baseband i say save your shsh files and do a custom restore and do the process over again.

Please respond as quick as possible. When the redsn0w application says waiting for reboot, my phone never turns back on. Help me?

mine will go into dfu mode finally and then it doesnt do anything when it gets to waiting for reboot its like it doesnt want to load

Help! I am following the instructions but when I run Redsn0w 0.9.6b5 with my iPhone 3GS with 4.2.1 it gets as far as Waiting for Reboot then hangs... it never reaches the part where it does stuff on the phone.

I have successfully unlocked my other two phones with newer IOS but this one (my husband's) has me beat!! I am on Windows 7 running in XP Compatibility mode as Administrator.

jailbrake worked! but when i try to enable home screen walpapper and multi task , it says waiting for reboot :( and im waiting for half an hour. any sugestion?
