Take the top off and hit it again. There would be nothing more than a crumpled mess. This doesn't show it's strength, it's just because air is fairly incompressible. Try this with any soda bottle. Same results. Good vid though :)

Those are just 2 liter soda blanks. I have a green one. They're pretty cool, but they've existed since the existence of 2 liter plastic bottles. They just decided to use it as a protective casing recently.

Lol, this is Bottle preforms... i have about 20 of them here at home, they cost nothing, they cost like few pennys if you want to buy from that factory that makes bottles, you get cap from sodas...(ec. cocacola)
