@ItsSteveTre In smaller brains there is less distances for the chemical signals to travel, thus less latency. I believe perception of time is directly related to the speed at which your brain processes your senses. To a fly we are all moving in slow motion that's why it's so easy for them to dodge us.

Late night speculation here, but do you think it's possible that an organism exists some where in the universe that can process information as quickly as this video? Think about it. If there was a planet that was habitable 30x bigger than the earth, the lifeforms on it would have to have much stronger skeletons and muscles, and might even perceive things more quickly or slowly than we do.
