Learning to Leap - Child Development Center is a Preschool whose mission is to provide excellent childcare that empowers children to make positive choices, to become critical thinkers, life long learners and outstanding community members.
Our philosophy of Teaching is based on an eclectic Developmental approach.
We believe small class size and personalized attention is necessary for a successful classroom, that is why we have a maximum of six children at our center.
We believe that children learn and grow holistically. Each child learns and grows at their own unique pace in their physical, intellectual and social-emotional domains.
Learning To Leap is where children's voices are heard, valued and guided.
Curriculum
We use a blend of Child Development theories from different theorists such as Erikson, Piaget, and Vygotsky.
We also utilize many other theorists in our child centered eclectic approach to teaching and learning.
We believe that every child learns in their own way, and at their own pace.
With appropriate teacher facilitation, and guided emergent curriculum, children can grow exponentially, and can reach the stars
