This is how I marked John Lennon's 70th birthday. Seemed appropriate.
I bet that 1000's of people all around the world did the exact same thing today.

I wonder what Lennon would be doing if he'd lived. Of course, besides protesting war - because there's always a war somewhere. Would he be making new music? At home with his computer? Watching Youtube videos? Blogging? A guest on TV shows? Retired again? All of the above?

Please comment and my thanks to everyone who came to listen to my cover version of John Lennon's most enduring work. This song will survive the ages. I hope I did it some small justice.

I think he would be up here making youtube vids and collabs with his friends all over the world.He would have loved the internet and youtube as a way to get his thoughts out directly to the world.
