Our latest interview with Chuck Billy of Testament taken from the Testament/Anthrax co-headline tour of Fall 2011. It was completed at Emos East in Austin on October 29th , 2011,....& we covered the events leading up to this tour, Gene Hoglan on drums & the NEW Testament record, 'The Dark Roots of Earth'. Chuck is always a great interview, cool dude off camera & always a pleasure to have on the show. I know all of you out there will dig on this. In Metal,.... ~ El Mero Metal, Robb Chavez

  • Another great interview man! Chuck Billy is not only a kick ass vocalist, but a damn inspiration too. Figthing cancer (and winning!) just proves how much of a badass he is. \m/

Side note: Years ago, when you were on public access here in San Antonio, you had ended the show. And I was bummed. Here was a talented interviewer from my hometown, hanging it up for unknown reasons. :<

I'm glad to see I was completely wrong there. :P

    Stay metal, bro!

  • i really enjoyed their last record, but i'd prefer it more if they would go back to their old school sounding like what they had on the new order or practice what you preach or the legacy ... but yeah, it's more possible that they'll follow the formation of damnation sounding.

  • @outlaw6066 Replace Metallica, they have no more dignity left.

  • Testament is a lot better than Anthrax IMO. Just bought a $50 ticket to see them live. I'll see Anthrax, but I'm going pretty much to see Testament.

  • Testament should be added to the Big 4 tour... The Big 5!!!

  • The Gathering had Dave Lombardo in it. Hes from Slayer. 1/4 of Slayer in any bad makes it Rip. All their albums are rad. GL Chuck.

  • Damn Chuck, I didn't know about ya'lls show in ATX bro, woulda hit ya'll up again. Seriously looking forward to the Dark Roots Of Earth record guys, come out to San Anto and we'll jam like we did in SoCal!

  • I wish you would bring your show and the bands to Rapid City we hardly ever get metal in town. Thanks for keeping it metal \\nn// \\nn//
