  • thank you Jimmy, I will look that mic up:) I've looked at the SE ELECTRONICS SE 200 microphone, also a condeser microphone but it don't have an usb contact though:(

  • @jgelhaar

But, overall with what you had to work with, you did a great job and you're going down the road you want to go down... (Hopefully it's not an empty street on the boulevard of broken dreams)

Oh, when you sing into the mic, for now, you can get right up to it. Don't be afraid to sing right into it and just turn the gain down so you don't overdrive the preamp...

    Hopefully all that helps!

    :)

    Jimmy

  • @tobiaspp90 I kind of thought you were in a basement based on the sound! :)

Groove means something like the 'feel' or the 'beat' or the 'rhythm'... all wrapped into one... Sometimes your vocal track could be performed a little better as far as the timing of your rhythm... Does that make sense?

If you have $80, buy a Samson c01. Get it in a USB model so it will plug straight into your computer, unless you have something with Phantom power. It's a condenser mic and sounds great!

  • and my Microphone is very cheap and I'm planing in buying a more expencive one later but it's hard do choose=/ but the decent sized room sound probably is cuz my room is in the basement and the walls is both hard and they reflect the sound very much, but I'm planing to get an anti reflection booth and screen for the microphone if u know what I mean?

but after all, I think the sound is grat for an Shure PG48:)

  • thank you Jimmy!:)

the tremolo is my FloorPod and that only got one setting but i may change it by using the tremolo in the Amplitube software instead:)

I don't realy know what u mean with the "groove" of the original?

  • Hey man! It really sounds good.

    Here are some constructive criticisms.

The 'tremolo' on the guitar at the beginning actually sounds really good except it 'pulses' too fast over the original.

I'm missing a little bit of the 'groove' of the original, but I know it's hard when putting all the parts together like this. But work on that more.

When singing into the mic, get closer. I can hear the room your in too much. It kind of sounds like your in a decent sized room with hard walls.

  • IT SUCK'S

    NOT
