Such was the excitement for leather / pvc in the 90s era that noone would mind this crap music disaster, everyone was so happy with the tightness and shininess of women clothes black then, particularly girls and even grannies. A mere example my 58 yr old landlady in 2000 that she came to collect the rent in soft lambskin shiny black hot leather pants, obviously influenced seeing the streets being stormed with leather/pvc panted/skirted ladies.
