You do need to join the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) to fly at any RC club. You can fly as a guest at the Flying Pilgrims, but to continue to fly you would also need to join the club.

i want to join the AMA and i am only 15.

do they have a kids membership or can i get in at all? because i got a u can do and an avistar and let me tell you it is a thrill for a teen to show adults a harrier roll.
