My Thai mother cooks Sticky Rice (Khao Niew ข้าวเหนียว), Omelette (Kai Jiew ไข่เจียว) and 'Jaew Pladack' แจ่วปลาแดก (Pickled fish mixed with chilli and garlic)

How to cook Sticky Rice in about 30mins, Omlette in about 10mins and Badack/PLAdack/Plala in 3mins.

Ingredients: Sticky Rice (not Jasmine rice), Water, Eggs, Red Onions, Salt, Monosodium, Cooking Oil, Chilli, Garlic, Badack.

My grandparents farmed the rice so that's why there are brown and black grains - not as perfect as a factory...
My grandma also prepared the badack - she farmed the little fish, added salt and put them in an air tight jar for 3 months. Then she added burnt sticky rice (uncooked) to it.
