UPDATE
So, the latest developments on this are as follows. First, he's now falsely accused me of threatening him. The only thing I said that even comes close to that is the fact I'm willing to make our conversations public. He's also requested feedback revision, which he doesn't deserve one bit (I actually laughed aloud when I saw that move).

UPDATE 2
It turns out that eBay has ruled in my favor. I got my refund, and I'm going to move on. But again, if you're going to do any business with Roy Lamberson at all, be very wary of him.
