  • hey do you know of any place where i can get a motor for my 1974 datsun 620 ?

  • Hi, I would look at your local junkyard and at your local Craigslist.

  • awesome! I like your videos! I've been meaning to ask someone about my truck burning oil, your truck sounded just like mine before you rebuilt it, and it should sound like your engine after you rebuilt it. i rebuilt my whole truck and after I got it running i noticed it burning oil, quickly, about a quart per tank. so what causes this and what will fix it?

  • Thanks for the compliments.

Oil burning can be from any number reasons...your valve seals, rings, etc... If you are sure that the oil is being burned and not just leaking somewhere then I would purchase a complete engine gasket kit and rings and bearings for your crank and rods. I did my head in about two hours and my bottom end took 8 hours. Go for it!! :)

  • Thanks for your comment!

Yes, you will notice your power and engine response getting better after about 500 miles.

  • wow nice wheels

  • Hi, have just installed new rings into my car, there is no spoke at all like ther used to be, the only issue is that the car is a littel slow on take off but seems to be getting better as the miles increase. It has only done about 20 miles since the new rings, will the power slowly come back?

    thanks
