Put ur xbox360 in (PSW) mode click power twick whilevit is on then eject then hold elect and power for 29 secs let go of eject hold power till all 4 lights flash 6x then set error code 418 a list of commands will show up check mark reset hardrive clean server test function then hit ok wait 15 mins and ur all good if it still dose not work or your system wont go into psw mode then your system is defective and is beond basic repair have a nice day

im getting fucking pissed off with god damn microsoft!!! First i got the unreadable disk paid 70 to fix it. and now this shit!! Back then consels actually lasted. Now they dont even work anymore. For shame microsoft

Ok It did this for one disc but the third time I tried the disc after I cleaned it it worked. So was it just the disc? cuz all my other games worked perfectly and this one didnt work just cuz it was dirty.

@julian909able open your 360 if your warranty is void and take out the disc drive. open the disc drive and clean it out. clean the lazer with a cotton swab and alcohol. thats what i did with mine and i still have it today. i do 360 repairs in my area now for a $40 charge and the customer gets thier system back the next day. i've repaired over 70 systems with differant errors. good luck, if ya need assistance on doing any of this then check out my homepage. i have videos in my fav's.

damn that sux . i have 2 360's and both has shitted out on me . the 2nd one lasted a week for us . while the 1st one lasted under a year . the replacement i got for the 1st one now overheats on me . so i have it jacked up off the table and have a fan on it now just to be able to play it . I'll play it till it rrod on me then i'll send it off and get it fixed for free . X)
