Brilliant video, it reminds me why I became Orthodox. it is just a shame that the Bishop of Rome left the Church and started practicing new things (Immaculate conception, Filioque etc...). But all in all nice explanation of the Beauty of the pre-schism church!

Peter... Feed my sheep.... Feed my lambs... Feed my Sheep. He holds the Keys. He has been given the grace to not make a mistake when it comes to teaching faith or morals. Nobody else has that grace.

Also after the resurrection the angel appeared to Mary Magdelen and said go to PETER and the others... Then John and Peter went running to the tomb to see if it was true. John the disciple whom Jesus loved arrived first and did not go in. INstead he waited for Peter and Peter went in first and then John entered.

You use leaven bread at your Eucharist... Jesus used UNleavened... He did the last supper at the feast of unleavened bread. Also Orthodox have married priests... when a priests consecrates the Eucharist or absolves from sin he does so in the Person of Christ... and Christ was an Unmarried man. So yes greek orthodox is a step in the right direction... but its just a step and not the destination.

God grant us all the necessary humility to admit when we are wrong...

I am speaking about the officiially 150 year old dogma of the immaculate conception (which even some of your greatest Roman thinkers such as Thomas aquinas didn't accept) and the filioque change in the creed. @AngelOfSephiroth Check out my video on Mary and Scripture... You are talking about the Primacy of Peter, because it is Peter who clarified the teaching.

Its a simple as this... The Angel said to Mary... "Hail full of Grace..." He said this before the Holy Spirit OverShadowed her and she conceived Christ. She was already full of Grace before the annunciation. Scripture Proclaims it. An angel... The Angel of the New Testament proclaims it... but you deny it... so sad.

The entire Protestant Theology is not found in the Bible. They don't have the Eucharist, they don't baptize the way Jesus Christ commanded the Apostles to, they don't have the Sacrament of Confession, they don't preach the Old Testament as much, they 'conveniently' forget all the Scriptures about Virgin Mary, among MANY more things. If they were Bible based, they are willingly ignoring at least 40% of what is written.

@AngelOfSephiroth LOL, You are funny. The Church was built upon Peter, the Chair of Peter, God's Prime Minister. Peter was first Pope of the New Covenant. Jesus quoted from Isaiah 22: 21-23 when he named Peter the first Pope. The Bible PROVES that Peter and his successors are God's Prime Minister, the Pope. Peter cannot leave Peter. Anyone who leaves Peter, leaves the true Church Jesus founded. The Orthodox left Peter. This is a provable historical fact.

He stayed with him until the end. She is special, no once can ever be as holy as her...for from the very beginning, she has been prepared and crafted well by God for his son.

"Whose sins you forgive, they are forgiven, whose sins you retain, they are retained" -Jesus (I am not sure of the exact sentence)

Anyway..=) Again, these souls. even Mary, NEVER can grant us any favor...it is like in my previous reply, just asking for help from these souls in heaven to pray for us. Thinking it's wrong means we should ever ask our friends to pray for us, or our family to pray for us. When in fact, God wants us to love our neighbors and care for them. Hehe. It is important to have an open mind so that God can enlighten..=)
