This two part tutorial video is worth watching even if you are familiar with geocaching or Geocache Navigator. Hosted by our lovable HeadHardHat who this time very comedianly takes you through the main functionality of Geocache Navigator on his personal Blackberry phone. In Part one HeadHardHat takes you to a very funny sequece of events on the way to a quick park and grab cache. Next he is on his way to a regular sized geocache but something in the woods is waiting for him.. Watch and see then go on to part two.

  • Lol I hate those plants got poke in the face quite a few times hiding a geocache only to have it disabled because i was about 10 feet under the limit for geocaches -___-

  • @GeoCrazePodcast Ouchie, I hate when that happens. Part of the game.

  • thanks so much for the video... I have been thinking of going paperless like this, what phone services are a must?

  • Crazy, we cached these same caches this past weekend. The first one was not there and the wagon wheel was missing from the right side of the drive. interesting viedos.

  • I am thinking about asking for a handheld GPS for my birthday... I am actually a young teen who has become obsessed with caching over the last month or so... What kind of GPS would you recommend for me... I do not want to spend a lot... but I do not want a junkie one.... Please contact me here or on Geocaching... my username is njabben

  • heh nice

  • @tomwmloppe Welcome to the obsession ;) Just remember that smart phones are not as durable outside as GPS units so keep them safe from dropping and out of humid and water terrains.

  • A couple of months ago, I was sitting, being bored. I knew that my phone had GPS technolgy. I suspected that the Police , the taxi office ,and the pizza deliver guy could find my phone.

So I thought,''How might I exploit GPS? Is it possible for me to find an app, perhaps.

    I google searched

    'gps personal navigation'. Result

    'GeocachNavigator'...AWSOME!

It was more than I was searching for.

    My phone is Sprint Instinct.
