How many pounds can I lose in 30 days? With a 1500 calorie per day fast and working out daily, I am planning on 30 pounds lost in 30 days.

How fit are you?

  • I know when I am hiking with a 50 pound pack for six days, I eat 1500 cal a day. I don't feel like I lose muscle, I feel like I lose body fat.

  • 30 days of tanning, 30 days training, 30 days diet. say goodbye to fat, say hello to melanoma. goodluck with your cutting goals for 2012

  • Any Hormel Compleat meal has 5g of Transfat per container. While fasting means water only, at least drop the carbs on the fast so that you don't get hunger from eating sugars (and starches) through insulin bumps.

  • The tanning is retarded. Everything else is smart.

  • And why are you tanning? Eww

  • Fasting to loose weight isn't the way. A lifestyle change is! And all the foods you bought are crappy. Implement a diet full of protein and vegetables. Dress your salads with olive oil and vinegar not store bought salad dressing. Eliminate wheat/ gluten from your diet and opt for gluten free alternatives like rice (white basmati rice is very healthy), quinoa, (my personal fave. Very yummy and quick to make), millet, amaranth, buckwheat. I guarantee not eating gluten will have a huge impact.

  • @tetranode0

Hm, I don't think it would if you kept protein up would it? I'm not sure?

  • @UltraVert the fat will, but so will the muscle

  • lean meat* is what I meant.

  • You would lose a lot more if you skipped those processed pre-packaged meals and stuck to fresh seafood (or otherwise lean mean) and veggies.

Although you don't want to over do it with the calories, keeping your carbs down is more important. Stick to 100 carbs per day and the fat will melt off.
