08 WRX 20g Dyno CAMTuning

CCKALLDAY08's 08 WRX's, Dyno tune, first pull wasn't to great after about an hour and a half of playing around Cameron Dawes of CAMTUNING pulled out some overall impressive numbers.

AWHP: 334.17 AWTQ:352.64 (daily driver, safe tune) (found BOV boost leak, soon to be fixed and retuned)

we didnt make full boost on the turbo. did not have the engine supporting mods. which is basically rebuilding bottom end. but we did have it retuned and upped the boost to 25 psi, and got e85 in it (without the external wastegate) a month later, numbers were 394 hp, and 410 tq. keep in mind we are about 5500 ft in elevation, and was about 50 degrees outside.

love the car, I am running an 08 with a td06 20g 16.9lbs of boost and making 360awhp and 322awtq. I used dynojet. We got the same plans with the cars over the next few months. I going ewg and better internals along with e85 in the spring

when were u making full bust with this turbo im thinking of getting this turbo for my 08 wrx

@awsmsk8er I stayed with a top mount intercooler, I just upgraded it. And yeah I just went with E85 and got tuned on it, it made 378 whp and 410 wtq. I still have a stock turbo inlet. But going to front mount is up to you, idk how much more hp you could make versus the tmic, but I don't think it would be substantial.

i have a 07 stage 2 sti with catless invidia exaust. with the same mods would i make close to 400whp or do u think i will have to go front mount and e85. and did u upgrade the turbo inlet or is it still stock?

Cam Cam he's the man, if he can't do it Motiva definately can't! We are looking to make up to about 370-390 AWHP with the up coming mods. The boost leak from the BOV(spring is too weak to hold pressure) was unfortunately discovered after the tune and probably caused a minor loss in power.
