I have lived in Plano all my life and started going to deerfield as a girl when it was a new development.
This family really goes all out and does it to support a great cause, and they help make it possible for you to contribute as well. The true spirit of the holidays.

This entire neighborhood is decorated with this house as the "centerpiece". It is an AWESOME sight to behold! I've had the pleasure becoming friends with the home's owners. They are an awesome couple, and the reason they started decorating their house to this extent is a very touching story! They're very friendly people; stop by and ask them the story sometime.

The more complex setups like this use Light-O-Rama controllers, which can get pretty costly. They are computer controlled and every strand of lights must be individually sequenced. I made a 3 channel light organ once, on piece of cardboard, and they don't have nearly the same effect. Next year, I'm going with Light-O-Rama controllers - 64 channels.

Simply beautiful Christmas display!
But the unnecessary background talking-- unrelated to the display, spoiled it a bit.)
