That looks great. I seem to be having a problem with my dehydrated banana's coming out nice and white like yours do. Mine all turned a yucky brown color.

Please be aware that those canning lids have bpa in the white part. Do a google on bpa. Bad stuff.

Can you reuse those oxygen tablets or can you only use them once?

@jwlrymkr I believe she uses a bottle of lemon juice with a spray head attached. Lightly spritz them before dehydrating and they come out like that. :)

@Dehydrate2store Hey :) Thank you so much for getting this message out there in time so people can prepare for things to come. I need your help, and I would be very grateful. I am a vegan, and I became vegan due to egg and dairy intolerances, it made more sense. I need to find a way of dehydrating fortified breakfast cereal. Is this possible? Thanks for the videos :)
