Great. (But), doesn't address at least one major snag: Currently, there's a political push to disempower public school systems in favor of for-profit charter schools. If I knew how to address this without getting politically embroiled, I'd suggest it. One thing in your favor, though (but conditionally), is non-profit educational services available from Public Broadcasting. It's chronically under-utilized, AND (sorry), it's under the same political attack as public schools. Good luck.
