It's written in grand staff music notation (both hands - it resembles piano music more than PA music unless written specifically for a Stradella bass accordion). Not all pieces written for CBA will be playable on PA because of the range and nature of the CBA, and also depending on the left hand system - in most cases Bassetti (free bass) or convertor. There are some learner CBA's that have Stradella basses, but the big concert instruments are almost always either convertor or free bass.
