To Age or Not to Age is a one-hour documentary following health guru Leslie Kenton on her quest to discover a remedy for aging.

The documentary follows the progress of eight people on a five week trial, and includes interviews with medical practitioners, exercise physiologists, naturapaths, traditional healers and scientists which allow the trial group and viewers an insight into the aging process and ways in which it might be reversed. The results of the trial are astounding, startling even Leslie Kenton herself.
The documentary is a becon of hope, demonstrating that through a combination of orthodox medicine and natural health practices, we may learn to prevent degenerative diseases, free up hospital waiting lists, and enjoy aging with enthusiasm, vitality and health.

  • Inspiring stuff! Recommended watching! It debunks all the superficial so called health and beauty advice we are fed by the popular media and the beauty industry.

  • This feels like an infomercial. In REALITY aging is not bound to what we eat but is part of our genetic code that dictates the rate of cell regeneration. This has been scientific knowledge for decades. That doesn't mean I don't think diet is linked to our wellbeing but this video is quite misleading. Also I honestly, I believe the question "to age or not to age" should be considered from an existentialist point of view. What is the point, beside our own selfish refusal to accept our mortality?

  • What about fruit??!!!

  • what is then left of the food pyramid: proteins and fats, aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh ;)

  • By the way, healthy diet and exercise don't slow down aging so much as it helps to stop you from developing health problems and dying young. That's all diet does unless you are calorie restricted. That's the only thing that physically slows down aging.

  • @dajukas You owned yourself with that question. Refusal to accept death ?! Why exactly do we have to accept that ?

  • @negatyve What is the point to live? What is the point to cure people of illness, isn't that just selfish refusal to accept death?

  • @richardsallis you should no that from common sense.

  • thank you so much! my parents don't believe it but I am convinced based on the scientific research I just wish my folks weren't stubborn they seem to believe you can't change your destiny and see things as fatalistic you die when you die nothing stops it. I don't want to succumb to my parent's primitive way of thinking carp diem Sieze the Day!!!
