  • I altered the recipe for the pork chops a little bit. Instead of the corn meal, I used no sugar seasoned salt. Omgosh!!! This is the first time I've used pork skins as a batter and I personally think they are the best pork chops I've ever had!!! Delicious!!!

    Btw, I'm a week and a half in to this new way of eating, and I'm 15 lbs down. I don't feel deprived at all (other than being a little restricted at restaurants). Thanks for who you are Doug!

  • Crackers are made from grains and are full of carbs :( sorry...no crackers
