That change of settings to 8 exercises/workout didn't exactly fit the bill of 'popping through'. The first circuit was very tough. The Hang Clean, Barbell following Squats produced some wobbly legs. The made me fair game for the second circuit. This circuit was modified at last minute previously Jump Rope was in the place of Step Ups. This change did not seem beneficial. The gym was a little busy and Jumping Rope (albeit doable) was not the best option. Whatever the other exercises were in this circuit was of little consequence to the Burpee with Rows. Thankfully the last circuit was very easy.
