I just watched this episode last week. It wasn't exactly a sob fest but im kind of glad it wasn't because some shows really go over the top in the final episodes .
It was a nice ending and i liked how all the loose ends were tied up eg: Randy moving to New Jersey for his promotion and to continue his relationship with Sharona and it showed how happy Stottlemeyer was with his wife.
