I wouldn't call that playable >.< even with fraps off, it can't be much better.

i cant play it on windows 7 when i in the menu to select a mission and i click to one of a mission it dont load it so it is ever on the menu i cant play any mission or online on windows 7 can every one help me pls??? (sry for my english im german)

Have you put the game into Vertex Mode? (Special Intel Program) it helps. Use game booster aswell. See yaa!
