  • @antidoteco Correction, learn how to DEFEND YOURSELF.

Krav maga is a better defence system (on the short term). And Aikido takes years to master.

But Aikido has a strong philosophy (something KM, unfortunately, completely lacks) and you can still do Aikido when you're 60+. Krav Maga is a little too aggressive and explosive for that...

But if I just wanted to know some self-defence techniques, KM is the 'Martail Art' I'd choose though.

  • Nice ukemi; you've got good students.

  • this is not reality though...LOL ! you want real go to Krav Maga and learn how to fight

  • @LunnofGor what happened and where?

  • @erik818ws

Having been the recipient of an attempt on my life by an armed attacker intent on taking my life, I can attest that you are simply wrong. The world slows down, your training takes over and with barely a thought and about 8 seconds of conflict, I disarmed my attacker, pinned them and struck them unconscious. Simplicity IS power.

  • dawd

  • first part of iriminage by this sensei resembles hand drill technique of wingchun. simply beautiful, man

  • aikido is practical. my bouncer friend practises this, what most people dont realize is that aikido itself is part of aikijitsu. its specialty is against armed opponents. try take down with an armed opponent. cut your shoulder blades in two.

  • what if you do these to someone who knows how to fight i bet youll get your ass whooped

  • @Jakesilv

As Ipman said no style is the best or worse,it is only you

As what Bruce Lee said you can never be good or perfect if you just stick to only one fighting style, look at him,he practises wing chun, silat jujitsu
