Sims 3 - Modern house 2

This is another modern house I've created seeing the success from my last one.

The story behind this video is when I tried to upload the video where I created this house from scratch had some error when I tried to upload.. so instead of trying to re-create it again, I just made this recording with the Sims 3 capture mode, and showed you the house.

Also, if someone could let me know how to extend the lenght of the video capture in Sims 3, that would be great!!!

House is not completely furnished. It has a few things not placed yet becase when I first created this house, I had all types of custom content, but I had to delete most because of some glitch I kept getting, so some of that content is missing and I forgot to replace it.
