@weskiinidaho It is illegal to use a booster with out lap AND shoulder belt we just went through this issue at DD's preschool, they had lap belts and wanted to transport the kids to field trips in boosters on a van, I had to copy the law and they had ot make other transportation arrangments after talking to the state ect.. It is not legal or at all safe.
