this piece is a good example for how exciting and funny it is to practise technique on the guitar.

  • of course it is unwanted and I am sorry for that. I already decide to make a better recording to replace that. But on the other side: even if it is very, very important to play clean it is at least or may be more important to play with temperament and liveful. So I never want to repair my recordings. Shit happens and I only can hope that I will improve my technique and make it better next time. But I am proud to say, that I always play with heart and with feeling.

  • for me this etude first of all is great music. So i decide: if i practise alone at home i take it as a technical exercise. But during performance I don`t want to do that.

  • Good work. This is a very hard piece.

  • Your beautiful!! Great guitar playing too! I am learning this piece. I've got the original 1928 manuscript in HVL's own handwriting. A Lot of the etudes are fully fingered and some have missing sections. Etudes 1 and 2 have NO repeats.

  • I really like the way that you play the guitar Julia! I really enjoyed watching this video and hope that I will see more from you! :)

  • beautiful

  • excellent

  • WOW! that was amazing! 5*****

  • oh yeah... only 1 thing... when you move yur left finger and makes the scratching noise on the snare... doesn't sound so good

it's just some people think it's OK, and some thinks it's unwanted sound

    hope this help

  • sometimes ago me and my friend discuss about how our body structure will change according to our instrument, and one thing did he said... "a player aren't practice enough if their body doesn't change yet"...

in the case of guitar... of course the hand and palms... and your hands are just one of the best guitar shaped hands i've ever seened...

    bravo...
