http://www.resolveyourpain.com/contact/ Develop the small muscles in your feet and toes!
Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is an alternative to podiatry. AIS can treat foot problems naturally like hammertoes, bunions, plantar fasciitis, heel pain, and gout. Rather than support your feet with shoe inserts, AIS states that foot problems need lower body muscle lengthening and foot strengthening. Orthotics artificially raise the arches, which weaken the muscles of the feet.
Improve your gait and improve your posture. AIS foot strength exercises can help athletes run faster and jump higher.
Developing foot strength will help prevent or repair ankle injuries and shin splints.

In this video, Anthony Ohm, a therapeutic stretching coach in Los Angeles will introduce some AIS foot and ankle exercises you can do at home or when you're out at the beach. For more information please visit http://www.ResolveYourPain.com
