Even if the web goes down you still will be able to call someone and that would be an alert.

Even if all comunications goes down . THAT would be an ALERT

Something tells me that by the time an alert needs to be sent out, the Internet will be down or not open for public use. Unless you have very early insider information, this may well be useless. However, it's a good idea to have something like this in place for that "just incase" situation.

Wow! Iraq will be the place of refuge for the elite, while the millitary and the government police do their business in America.
