Eagle Point Railroad Track Tour (Part 2) The Sequatchie Branch

Second part of my multi-part tour of the Eagle Point Railroad in Dunlap, TN. The E.P.R.R. is a private 7.5 gauge line which is operated and maintained with the help of the Chattanooga Society of Model Engineers.

In this section we'll tour the Sequatchie Branch which leaves off the mainline at Morrison Jct. and travels down to the wye track at Sequatchie. Future plans call for the branch to be extended all the way back out to the Kimball Trestle where it will reconnect to the mainline.

After that we'll travel back to the main junction point at Saddleback where I have a run in with a frozen switch.

The E.P.R.R. is a PRIVATE line which does host public run days. However anyone wishing to arrange a formal visit or is interested in becoming a member so you can ride this line yourself please feel free to visit the CSME website at: www.sn3.org/csme/
