Arcade versions are better. I played this version to the point where I passed the max level of points you can score...
twice.
It simply resets to zero each time.
In the arcade version, the small UFOs still get me, though.

Asteroids was like an addictive narcotic. I remember playing this games for hours. The eventually, I got sick and tired of playing it. Man, those were the good old days. I remember having almost every game cartridge from Pacman, Frogger, Yars Revenge, Defender, Circus Circus Atari, Combat, Breakout, Missile Command, Donkey Kong, Warlords, Space Invaders, The Empire Strikes Back & E.T.
