  • Thanks for the video. I am Asian considering revision rhinoplasty with a rib cartilage graft. However, I only want MINOR augmentation as I wish to preserve a small nose with a low bridge. Therefore, I want to use a rib graft that is under 1.5mm. Would this be considered a small piece of graft, meaning it's more likely to warp? Is it possible to have a rib graft that is under 1.5mm?

  • is it possible to place rib cartilage on top of the bone "upper birdge "???

    good video

    thanks
